Great Streets Groundbreaking News – 6/11/19!

On June 11, 2019, Mayor Eric Garcetti and Councilman Paul Koretz along with former SORONC Board Members Doug Fitzsimmons and Marjan Sarafian joined other City officials, City Crew and South Robertson neighbors to celebrate the beginning of the Great Street improvements to South Robertson Blvd. Many Reynier Village neighbors participated in the planning for this project and were in attendance at this groundbreaking event..

The Reynier Village Neighborhood Association (RVNA) invites neighbors to join together for another neighborhood clean-up! Neighbors will meet up at Reynier Park on Saturday, May 18, at 9 a.m. Clean-up will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. City of L.A. is providing tools and supplies. Refreshments will be provided.

RVNA Shenandoah Elementary School Task Force Raises Money for the School

The RVNA Shenandoah Elementary School Task Force chaired by Barry Levine and spearheaded by Jamela Debelak raised $247.00 at the 2018 summer Peace Picnic to benefit Shenandoah Elementary School. The funds were used to purchase 60 multi-colored rubber balls needed for the students’ recreation and physical activities.
